MCSM PA Yoga at 7 pm (Today April 4)

All classes will begin at 7:00pm and last an hour with a 45-minute flow, followed by an optional guided meditation. 

Each month will have a theme to focus our practice. 

February-"Letting Go" classes will be February 2nd, and 17th. 

March-"Presence" classes will be March 10th, 21st.

April-"Gratitude" with classes the April 4th, and 13th. 

*** Shannon Richter-Certified Yoga Instructor and MCSM science teacher will be leading the class.
